  • 1.  RSA configuration restore

    Dear All,

    Recently for some reason we need to do some restoration and we recognized that RSA configuration was not restored from snapshot. 

    Is this the normal behavior?

    Shouldn't be restored RSA configuration too?

    We could do only a full reconfiguration for RSA on appliance and I would like to know whether is any other solution or not.

    Janos,

     

    The RSA configuration should definitely be included in the snapshot.  I am not sure of which version of ISVA you are currently running, but suspect that this was an issue at some point which has since been fixed.  Anyway, I would suggest that you raise a ticket with the IBM support team so that they can investigate further.

    Hello Scott,

    Thanks for your answer.  Unfortunately I can tell you that it is not in Snapshot on version either 10.0.2.0 and 10.0.4.0.  At least not in our case.
     We do have case (TS010534768) but not so much solution yet.

    I surmise we may need some advanced tunning paramter to set.
