RRSF / Zsecure - Method to limit Userids being propogated to other z Systems

    Hi 

    I hope this is the correct forum, as my query concerns RACF / RRSF and zSecure.

    To state the issue in simple terms: 

    1. If I have two z Systems MVSA and MVSB RRSF connected.
    2. Is there a method through any means of stopping UserId propogation from MVSA to MVSB for a collection of Userids,  both Human and hopefully protected ? 
    3. That is I want to stop all Userids with a prefix of USER* from being copied over to MVSB, they are simply not required there and it seems poor practice to have 1000s of Ids on a system where they are simply never going to be used , Many thanks P
