    New to IBM MaasS360, I have added a user and a device, Android 11 on Samsung mobile phone using Android Enterprice. I have the Default Android MDM Policy, and the only thing I have changed so far is that the MDM Control can not be removed without an Admin passcode. I am wondering why I can not remotely lock the device from the MaaS360 platform? If I Buzz the device, it works, and sends a message that works, but when I click the lock nothing really happens on the device. Shouldn't it be unusable by the user?

    Hello Haraldur
    Thanks for your question. The obvious thing that springs to mind is the need for Android Enterprise settings to have been configured in the device policy, replacing the Device Admin settings which will not work on AE-enrolled devices. Please review the policy assigned to the device, ensuing the configurations have been replicated in the Android Enterprise Settings part of the policy.
