    Radek

there is no need to call setup manually. Indeed it will show exactly the mit you got.

if the initial setup hasn't completed all you need is to login again as root and QRadar will now that it has to complete install process.

if that isn't the case you broke the install process and have to start all over again on a new instance.

BTW what do you mean by reset? Have you rebooted when asked to do so?

    Regards

    Karl

This version noted in the release corresponds for 7.4.3 GA build of QRadar, which cannot be directly upgrade to 7.5.0 UP8.

ERROR: Sorry, upgrades not supported on this release!
(see log /var*/log*/setup-2020.11.0.20210517144015/qradar_setup.log for further details or use -h for help)

If I check the QRadar 101 software page and put in this build number 20210517144015, it gives me: 7.4.3 (Build 20210517144015). QRadar 7.5.0 UP8 has a prerequisite version of 7.5.0 UP7. This means your upgrade path must be 7.4.3 (Build 20210517144015) --> 7.5.0 UP7 --> 7.5.0 UP8. There is no direct upgrade path if your base version is indeed 7.4.3. You must update to 7.5.0 UP7, then you can go to 7.5.0 UP8.
