Hi Bobby,
Custom data fields are defined in the CFIELD class. The data for a particular user ID for those fields will be held in the CSDATA segment of the USER profile.

Hello Stephan,
when you say CSDATA segment do you mean the 'Installation data' or other custom defined fields in the CFIELD class?
If it is the installation data you want to copy you should go to zsecure - RA - U - Specify userid you want to copy - C next to it - press enter - change new info for the new user and at the bottom you can see the INSTDATA field copied.
If you want to copy all the USERDATA and CUSTOMDATA fields put a / next to Copy USERDATA and CUSTOMDATA which you can see at the bottom of the panel PANELID(C2RP3UC@)

Subject: Problem: zsecure does not copy csdata information when cloning a user
Hello everyone,
i hope you can help me with my problem. we have recently started using zsecure to manage our racf. among other things, we also use csdata segments for our userids to store important production information. now i have noticed that zsecure clones everything except the csdata information. Why is that? Do you have to or can you set something in zsecure? And if so, where and how? It would be great if you could help me.
Many thanks in advance.
Best regards
stephan
