Hi Vicky,
On the Central Management tab, only last successfully applied GPUs will be displayed. Sniffer patch, Security Fix or Health check patches won't be displayed.
Hence your last successful patch p4062 (sniffer patch) is not displayed. p525 (GPU) is displayed.
To list all the patches, go to "Installed Patches" report on GUI or run command: show system patch installed from CLI.

My both the appliance's base patch level is p500, Kindly find the successful patch sequence below
1.1013
2.9997 (fix pack & dependency for p525)
3.525 (GPU)
4.4062 (sniff update)
so my last successful patch on both CM & Backup CM is 4062 but it's display p525.

Can you please elaborate the problem?
From the screenshot you shared, I can see you are referring to your Back up CM (SILGCMSEC) which is on p525. This is the last GPU that was installed on the host. To list all the patches, please go to "Installed Patches" in GUI and check. Else, you can run: show system patch installed from CLI.
If there is a discrepancy in patch level at CM and MU, it means, MU is not patched.
Hence if you could elaborate your problem, it will be helpful to share inputs.
