    Hello everyone,

    An attempt was made to update IBM Guardium, but without success, since then I can no longer access the Guardium GUI, it returns an ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED message in the browser, apart from this problem I tried to upload the fileserver interface but I cannot access it either to upload the latest Guardium realse.

    Has anyone been through this type of situation? Do you have any tips on what steps to take to fix the problem?

    Try restart GUI from cli

    restart gui

    restart stopped_services

    I already did that, but it didn't help, I also restarted the server but the problem persists.

    I recommend try to involve IBM Technical Support in that case. They can help you with further troubleshooting.

    I already had this problem in the past after a lot of research, I managed to solve my GUI problem, I have to RESTORE THE GUI CERTIFICATE (default certificate) and my problem was solved at this time.
