  • 1.  my Verify subscription expired and now is suspended.

    Hello,

    my Verify subscription expired and now is suspended. How can I request a reactivation please?

    I received one mail from IBM Security as below:

    Your IBM Security Verify account is currently suspended. It will be deleted on Mar 24, 2021. To restore your account, please contact us before then.

    Account URL: https://xxxxx.verify.ibm.com/ui/admin

    User name: xxxxx@cn.ibm.com

    Your IBM Security Verify subscription has expired.

    Activation date: Thursday, October 29, 2020

    Expiration date: Wednesday, January 27, 2021

    This email is an automated notification. Do not reply to this email directly.

    Hi Jin Ping,

    Since I see you are an IBMer, I have contacted you directly with information on options to extend this trial for internal use.

    For anyone else reviewing this thread: If your trial has expired and you have not had direct contact from our Digital Sales team, I would suggest starting a conversation by completing this form: https://www.ibm.com/account/reg/signup?formid=urx-47788.  This is the same form you get by clicking "Upgrade Now" in the Admin UI.
