IBM Security QRadar SOAR

Hi everyone,

I have an MSSP installation and I am trying to create an inbound connection under the child Org, however it doesn't allow me to do it. 


While under the parent org it allows me to create the connection but can't edit the connection details

Can somebody give me a tip to resolve the issue?

After adding the new email connection in the configuration org, you need do Configuration Push and then update the connection details in the child org.
