Unfortunately this is not possible.
The MDM profile contains an SSL cert which is specific to the MaaS360 account and the user so there is no transfer possible.
In addition the ability to bulk remove control was taken out for security reasons a number of years ago.
The simplest option here is to identify the devices - create a device group - set a device-based compliance rule that if the device is found in this group it should have the control removed. If you are trying to use serial numbers or some such to identify devices the device group will limit to 10 meaning you need to use another approach. I would recommend creating a Custom Attribute, marking this to a specific value (e.g. Wrong portal) and creating a device group based on the custom attribute value.

We manage and maintain quite a few M360 portals for our customers.
Some numpty has enrolled devices into the wrong customers portal and the devices have already shipped out.
Is it possible to migrate devices from one account to another?
