MaaS360 Remote Control (now Remote Troubleshoot) no longer working

  • 1.  MaaS360 Remote Control (now Remote Troubleshoot) no longer working

    As of this week (maybe it started last week, but I've only confirmed this week), Remote Troubleshoot is no longer working.  When I choose this option in the menu in MaaS360, it throws an error immediately and doesn't even attempt to connect/run.  Does anyone have any insight as to why this stopped working?

    So after a few days this magically started working again AT THAT TIME.

    Today, this is now an issue again.  I can no longer remote into devices to assist the end-users as we are getting ready for a massive roll-out next week.  Help!

    I'm sorry that I'm only seeing this now, was OOO for the last number of days. 
    Unfortunately without more specifics - enrollment type - device OS and version - app version etc we will not be able to make progress here.
