I'm glad that this issue is resolved. Am guessing it might have been an authentication issue.

I am reaching out to report an issue I am experiencing with the MaaS360 platform in conjunction with the PeopleSync application. The problem pertains to the account information persistence upon each installation of the app.
Issue Description:
- Application Name: PeopleSync
- Problem: The application requires account information to be re-entered with each installation.
- Solution : Create custom configuration with this id and pass
- Steps Taken:
- Created a configuration profile with the necessary login details.
- Granted the app permissions to read and write contacts.
- Attempted to connect to the Caldav server, but the connection fails.
Despite these efforts, the application does not retain the account information and is unable to connect to the Caldav server. This issue significantly impacts our workflow, and we would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving it.
