    Hello Experts,

    I observed that the "LDAP utilities: Toggle Access" playbook (PB) does not enable/disable user on my Active directory server. For example the user test123 cannot be enable using the PB. This PB completes without any error. I am referring to the below application in IBM app exchange:

    Also, the "LDAP utilities: Add user" PB creates a logon name of alphanumeric string as shown below when it creates user..  

    Please assist.

    Hi, 

    You need to use the dn. You can use the search function first to find the dn filtering by samacountname.

    Hi Benjamin, 

    You have to use the DN instead of the samAccountName. You can use the search function filtering by samaccountname to obtain de DN.
