I had Site Connector MemoryMQ installed on the server, it worked correctly for some time, but after some time an error was displayed that it was not Validate. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling and setting up the MemoryMQ Site Connector in the administration, but even when creating a new Site Connector it is not possible to validate it.

The connection to Site Connector failed. There is a possible port/hostname issue.
Please, can someone advise where to look for the cause of the problem and how to validate the Site Connector so that it can be used?
