Hi Mitch,
It's on the device.
Open Google Play store.
Tap on the account icon top right (should be the google account that is associated in MaaS)
Tap on Manage apps and devices
What I see here (just after an enrolment) can vary:
- I may see a list of the apps being pushed by MaaS and they're all installing - What I like to see - The Android webview app will also show as an update.
- I can see a list of the apps trying to download and install but failing and timing out. The Android webview app will also show as an update.
- I can see nothing.
Stopping the Play store and services, clearing the storage usually helps resolve the second and third issues after a power cycle.
If I see nothing, go into the MaaS catalogue on the device and try to pull down an app, this can force the apps to then appear in the Play store list but when this happens I'm usually I'm greeted with 'Administrator has not given you access to this' message.
My usual process then is to Request Data Refresh on the device in MaaS and from the MaaS app on the device do the same. Then rinse and repeat the play store and services storage and reboot until it starts to play nicely.
Not ideal.

Great Info, Bryan. One simple question: Where do I find the ability to update the Android System Webview? Is this a device setting or a MaaS setting?
Thanks,

Hi Mitch,
I can't say for definite but, if I see that the Android System Webview needs updating, and is then updated, then this kicks off the install of the apps.

I am assisting a customer with the deployment of a large number of Samsung Tab A8's. I have ensured all Google PlayStore apps have been added, approved etc. in MaaS and set distribution to this group of tablet users. All tablets are running the latest and greatest o/s prior to the enrollment.
When conducting identical enrollments with these tablets, apps are successfully installing automatically on some of the tablets yet others are not. In this case they have to be added manually. These are all Wi-Fi only and I have 1 GB down for a connection.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
