  • 1.  Issue with QRadar DSM Editor

    We are encountering issue while creating new or modifying existing Custom DSM, getting below error.

    There was a problem saving the Log Source Type configuration.

    The server might not be available.

    If the problem persists, contact your administrator.

    We have tried all possible workaround suggested by QRadar support team but still it is not working.

    Someone please assist...

    Hi,

    there are many dependencies to consider. I would recommend to open a support ticket and collect the logs from the console for QRadar.

    The issue should be resolved inThis issue is resolved in QRadar 7.5.0 Update Package 7.

    The known issue notes a potential workaround as well.
