Hi Everyone,
we are using ISIM 7 and integrated with ISAM 9 , suddenly ISAM service is stopped state when we do a test connection getting the below error.

we havent changed anything in ISVA.conf file in TDI server and ldap.svrs configuration is available in the conf file but stil we are getting this error. we restarted ISAM Ldap, tdi but no luck. any suggestions?
