ISIM 7 User data change failure- CTGIME015E

    Three are some user data requests failing (randomly) with the below error.

    i could see this error msg only. no further information available.. this too on seoncary ISIM node. am using ISIM7 VA.

    It is really very difficult to answer such questions without knowing your system - so I will have to do some guessing...

    This kind of error normally occurs when a "complex attribute handler" is not available in the provisioning flow - so I would guess that one of these is missing on your secondary system.

    SAP NW is one example of an adapter using a complex attribute handler - but there are several adapters using these.... You may be able to compare the custom jars on your nodes to see if there are differences
