    I believe this is what you are looking for, see IBM Event Registration - Landing

    We had a face to face meeting for Business Partners and Clients who are using QRadar, and I remember speaking to some of them who were from UK.
    My colleagues Ray Mahon and John Dawson should be able to onboard you.
