  • 1.  IBM Verify account expired

    Hi,
     
    My IBM Account verify account suspended. I tried to upgrade by sumitting the form twice using this link  https://www.ibm.com/account/reg/signup?formid=urx-4778 but there was no response.

    Please let me know how to activate it.

    I received mail from IBM security as below.
     

    The following IBM Security Verify account was suspended:

    Account URL: https://ibmgbs.verify.ibm.com/ui/admin

    User name: xxxxxxx@in.ibm.com

    This email is an automated notification. Do not reply to this email directly.

    Hi Jon, 

    We have an IBM user who received the email saying that: "The following IBM Security Verify account was suspended" 

    Can you please advise on how to address it. Thank you.
