If this is a production system I assume that you have created a support case - that is what you should do in such a situation.
This forum is a "on best effort and available time" forum - so the problem is that you provide far too less information in you question for anybody to give you any answer but the simple "reboot the machine" kind of relatively useless answers. There is a reason that IBM Support requires log files and a relatively detailed level of your configuration to handle problems...

we have an SVG 10.0.2 installed and we restarted the application server some days ago.
The restart operation is stucked in "stopping status" and also from GUI you cannot do anything. I think there is some stuck connection towards the Database that IGI cannot close, but I am not sure.
