Hi,
My IBM Verify was not working so I deleted the app on my phone not realizing it would require a QR code to log back in.
I do not have the QR code from my DOE email and am not sure how to access it again. I keep reading that I can delete the device but the app only says "Connect an account" and then to either scan a QR code or enter a code manually. I do not have either.
I cannot access my DOE email without IBM. Can someone please help me on what I should do?
