  • 1.  Guard Report Generator Error

    DB2 Database server --- > Collector --- > CM
    From DB2 I checked both 8443 and 16016 are reachable to Collector
    From Collector to CM and vice versa I need to check the port 22. I don't have access to the server. 

    So I'm getting this error while connecting to collector co01 from CM.

    Guard Report Generator Error: Unexpected problem when connecting to: 'collectormc01.domain.com' 
    Communications link failure The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.

    Can anyone please let me know if they have seen this error in their environments. If yes the what would be solution. 
    I still need to check the port 22 from Collector to CM and CM to Collector as per the Guardium port requirement

    This looks like a port issue. Did you happen to check all the ports?
