    Hi,

    During the activation of the GIM agent on Windows server I receive the error 'FAILED - Null'.

    The GIM service is active. 

    The CLI command "support show port open <DBMS IP> 8445" executes successfull.

    Are you hitting this?

    If not, I'd suggest to open a support ticket and send must gather, so we'll know the detail error message, your environment information, connectivity to your GIM server, etc.
