I do not know of a way to achieve this.

Hi Richard,
Thank you for the reply, We managed to get the app see the path in our AppHost and got it to render the email. However, we are running into an issue regarding the datatable, the style of the datatable renders horizontally not vertically as what we used to, We tried editing the style by adding CSS into the code but with no luck.
Would you possibly help with this regard?
The command i am using : {{ template_helper.get_datatable('qr_triggered_rules', template_helper.get_incident_value(incident, 'id'), true) | safe }}

Hello,
If you are using an integration server, then create the template files on the integration server, so that in the app.config you are able to give the full path to the template files.

Dear All,
We have installed the Outbound SOAR emails for our App-host with the latest version 2.1.1, We use multiple templates from the previous setup (Integration Windows Server), we tried creating the files using the GUI and insert it under the templates section and we have added the template names inside the playbook.
However, every time we point the playbook to use a specific playbook it says no template was found, Anyone faced this issue before?
Also, currently we have configured the inline jinja template but we have an issue with making it reading the table as it treats it as long text.
