I put the e-mail recipients in the report notes. By doing this you can hover over the report name and it will tell you who it emails. Additionally if it is not QRoC, meaning you can properly use your deployment, you can run a query on the command line to get recipients. Now that we are on QRoC, I cannot show you the script. QRadar on prem for the WIN.... again....
