Guardium lists the Oracle DB version family. You then need to refer to Oracle documentation to determine what patch versions are supported by the family. I don't have an Oracle account, but I found the following patch release notes:
https://support.oracle.com/knowledge/Oracle%20Database%20Products/19202110_9.html. Your Oracle DBA's should be able to tell you as well.
