We have an IBM SV instance serving the OAuth flow for a kubernetes jupyterhub/jupyterlab deployment.

IBMSV has IBMID as provider for user authentication, and we require the users to have a valid IBMID prior to being registered on our system.

When a user that has an IBMID, but not exists on IBMSV, we get the screenshot at the end of this post.

We want that, in this case,  redirect a user to a specific URL that has a page that allows the user to register on IBMSV via Api and also on the jupyterhub database, we got this page ready and working.

¿. How can we redirect a user that has an IBMID but not exists at IBMSV in that case ? Any approach will be welcome,

 We tried a lot of things but no results and didn't find nothing on the documentation.
