Create SLA notification in SOAR

  • 1.  Create SLA notification in SOAR

    Dear Team,

    I am facing the issue that SOAR cannot create the notification by specification severity when the SLA of the incident is out of hours SLA because the SOAR does not list hours; it's only days when we create and add a condition in the notification tab.

    Do you have experience with this creation?
