  • 1.  CP4S v1.4 installation issue

    Hello.
    I tried to install Cloud Pak for Security 1.4 two times but it failed. Could you please help with explaining how to solve these issues?

    1) During the first installation I got this error: 
    INFO - Waiting Common Services Pods initialization
    INFO - Waiting Common Services Pods initialization
    INFO - Waiting Common Services Pods initialization
    [ERROR] Error on Common Services Pods Startup.
    [ERROR] Common Services Validation has failed has failed

    2) During the second installation I faced such error (in debug mode): 

    <h1>Application is not available</h1>
    <p>The application is currently not serving requests at this endpoint. It may not have been started or is still starting.</p>

    Your probably not having this issue anymore, but I suspect there were steps missing from the installation. For anyone else having a similar issue, make sure each step is followed and executed without error:
