Can't update user email (and can't reset with "resutil")

    I have user who changed her email address 

    FirstName LastName email1 -> FirstNameNew Lastname email2

    and I can't add her using WEBUI because she gets an error when accepting invite (from url xxx./invite/accept_exists.jsp)

    Unfortunately I can't reset user with "resutil" because it is broken ("Unable to connect to Resilient Messaging service" error), case opened....

    Is there any other way to fix it, i.e. with psql co3 commands ?
