Hi Igor and Rebecca,
Device based custom attributes can be edited in bulk by leveraging the "Bulk Update" feature found under the Devices > Device Attributes menu.
From here you can create a bulk upload file with the devices and attribute values you would like to change. Instructions are available within the UI, but best way to accomplish this is to export the group of devices you would like to edit from the Advanced Search tool (including Device ID), then create the bulk update file based on this export.
