Are MaaS360 Reports Useless?

    We were told today that the reports are only refreshed every 14 days? If that is the case, what good are they?

    I completely agree.  How do we escalate a feature request to facilitate the ability to refresh the report more frequently?

    Hi Lisa,

    We've UEM Overview, Hardware Inventory & Network inventory reports available in near real-time and all other reports have a refresh frequency of 24 hours. We do not have refresh rates of 14 days for any report. I'd like to clarify that it is a misconception.<u5:p></u5:p>

    The Mobile Expense Management report is the only exception and is refreshed in line with the billing cycle specific to every customer.  For example, if a customer's billing cycle starts on 14th of every month, then you'll find August 14th to September 14th report in August report. Updating this report every 24 hours does not make sense as it's a monthly report.<u5:p></u5:p>

    We'll be updating our product documentation respectively with the above information so that all customers know this & no confusion arises.<u5:p></u5:p>

    As part of the evaluation of the idea you filed in this regard, we'll analyse app management reports for your account & update <u5:p></u5:p>you separately.<u5:p></u5:p>

    I can confirm the App report does not update every 24 hours.  It updates every 14 days.

    I've confirmed with our architects that except those 3 near-real time reports, all other reports are having the refresh frequency of 24 hours. Can you please let me know which app report you're talking about?

    Hi Lisa,

    Apologies for the confusion and miscommunication from our side on this query. I agree with Prasad mostly all of our Reports updates on a 24 hours refresh period except for UEM Overview, Hardware Inventory & Network inventory which are available in near real-time. If you do see any discrepancies on your side please let us know on the case you have opened with support. 

    We are working on adding this to our documentation in the future.

    I am an IBM champion and can completely confirm your comments are not correct. 

    I have learned the report providing app versions for all apps on all devices enrolled refreshes every 14 days. 

    This is definitive after having to produce this report for 65 MaaS360 installs.
