Apps not showing on the secondary Console

  • 1.  Apps not showing on the secondary Console

    Hi,

    is that normal that when I swap to the secondary console the apps are not showing in the console GUI ? I have a Virtual App host .

    what to do ?

    Hi Benjamin,

    Yes the apps should be visible after failover.  Is there connectivity between the AppHost and the Secondary Console?

    If this does not help I would suggest that you open a support case.
