Adding Web App for devices in Kiosk mode

    Hello, we have noticed that Web App added using option Apps --> Catalog --> Android --> Webapp for Android Enteprise doesn't appear in the kiosk mode home page. We specify the Webapp ID on the field: App IDs for allowed Apps, but still doesn't appear on the Kiosk mode. If we exit the kiosk mode, we can see this WebApp deployed on the device. Any idea how get this Webapp setup in the kiosk mode? We have done a test with a Web App added from option Apps --> Catalog --> Web App and can see it on the kiosk home page.     Hi Manuel
    For problem-type issues the best thing is to report to Support by opening a ticket. 
    The alternative is for me to ask you the same questions they will ask - account ID - device name - etc - and won't necessarily go any quicker.
