zSecure Visual - Windows Error

    Hello! Hope you and your family are well and safe.

    Those past days I was working with the product zSecure Visual, but I still get the same error every time that I try to connect my Windows machine with the zSecure Visual:

    *ERROR: Unable to copy appmsg file for server IB33
    Creating DataBase files for server IB33
    Unable to remove all intermediate .asc files for server IB33
    Writing properties of server IB33
    *ERROR: Unable to start agent to request a certificate for server IB33

    Does someone know why exactly I received these error messages and how can I fix them? Cause I didn't find anything in the manual.

    Dear Gabriel,

    APAR IJ26323 fixes this issue by applying the following fix packs: 2.4.0-ISS-ZSECURE-FP0006 for zSecure Visual Client version 2.4.0. You can download the fix pack from the IBM Fix Central -> https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/IJ26323.

    Also, the issue is fixed in latest version of the zSecure Visual Client version 2.5.0.
