There are some service hardening measures which apply depending on the type of device and enrollment type, can you please confirm whether:
- Android devices (Device Admin or Device Owner mode)? You can see this information on the Summary page.
- iOS devices (Standard or Supervised enrollment)? Again visible on Summary page.

We do not enforce passcodes, our tablets are set to kiosk with the policy. They are tablets in-cab with our drivers and do not want to add a passcode layer to them doing their work. when the set it down to collect paperwork the screen locks. is there a way to change the idle screen lock without applying a passcode policy? we tried turning on the passcode but never setting a minimum length hoping it would interpret that as no-passcode. Let's just say we broke it....
Any thoughts?
