    We are conducting enrollments with a customer using the  ABM enrollment process. Everything is working well including the installation of several applications on the devices with the exception of the MaaS360 app install.  It is hanging and extremely slow installing on the devices.  We have attempted this one device at a time to determine if it is customer network issue, but the behavior persists.

     

    Is there a known issue?

    Hi Mitch,

    Is the app eventually completing the install and, if not, is there any sort of on screen message?

    You see it download and then the "download progress animation" inside the icon sits with no progress for some time.
