Hi Mitch,
If the client wishes to exclude locations from being picked up by our app, they have 2 options in the portal:
First is the Privacy settings under Security-->Privacy. This will allow them to disable location reporting for devices based on ownership or group membership.
Second, we can disable location tracking for the entire account. This will impact all devices and they must contact our support team to do so.
In either case devices will not need to be re-enrolled.

Subject: TURN LOCATION OFF for iOS
I have a customer who has very serious user issues when it comes to location services. Their devices are currently enrolled without supervisor mode as well.
- Is there a way to enforce location off on iOS devices, from the MaaS dashboard?
- Further, even though we have location disabled for all devices, users are being prompted to turn location on. This was an original requirement when we started enrollments.
- Now that the customer does not want location services at all, do we need to re-enroll iOS devices?
- Can we conduct non-supervised enrollment (client has cloud extender) where the MaaS app is NOT part of the enrollment?
Thanks,
Mitch Lauer
