  • 1.  Setting up Access Control

    Happy New Year to you all.

    I'm trying to setup Access Control for a customer, they want one of their departments to only have access to their own devices.

    I'm referring to the below links but they seem out dated, the options don't seem to be available to me?

    I have created device and user groups for the department I'm trying to isolate, I have enabled Admin AC but when I create the new admin I'm not seeing the options to limit to groups.

    Where are the options now please?

    Hi Bryn,

    Just so I can make sure I have the big picture - you don't see this on the roles screen of a new admin creation or on the edit screen of an existing admin?

    Hi Matt,

    I couldn't see that option but now I can.

    The user group I had created (Users > Groups > Edit) the option "Enable for AAC" was not switched on. After enabling that it's working as expected.
