Client Overage

    Hi Team,

    A client is nearing its renewal date this march... but according to our partner the customer has an overage of 9 users

    well originally the customer first purchase 10 license of MaaS360 July 2020 and will end by July 2021, but on March 2021 the customer again purchased a new 10 user license. according to our partner and to the users they did not add any users until now and yet they have an overage of 9 users.

    Currently I don't have access to the PartnerSuccess360 portal. We need to have a definite explanation to respond to the customers issue.
