There are couple of tools that can provide similar information with Linux(RHEL)
- OpenSCAP : OpenSCAP can assess configuration hardening settings as well as vulnerabilities. it consumes standard XML that NIST and others use to deliver security content. Following link has some details about OpenSCAP
- https://access.redhat.com/discussions/4711231
- https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/8/html/system_design_guide/scanning_the_system_for_security_compliance_and_vulnerabilities
- dnf : dnf tool can show list of advisories for your system without having to do anything special. Following command can be used
