    Hi,

I can login to IBM i ACS VERSION 1.1.9.2 from one user profile on windows 10 64 bit OS  successfully but from another user account (which I get when I switch user on same laptop(using control+alt+del option) ) when I try to login to same IBM i ACS  with the same credentials (same used id and same password and same ip address and same settings) which is installed on same laptop then i get this error "CPF1107 - Password not correct for user profile."

What should i do to resolve this error ?

    Thanks

I just noticed in the windows user profile (control+alt+del) where I am getting this error is entering a character '@' as 'A' and using on screen key board it's entered correctly.this is specific at the place where I enter user id and password on emulator (5250) signon screen.

But rest other place if I open any notepad etc. And enter '@'  it gets typed correctly.
So using on screen key board I was able to enter my user id and password correctly and was able to login successfully to this IBM I ACS to the other user account on Windows.
But if I don't wish to use this on screen keyboard for logging in to IBM I ACS here then what could be the solution of this issue?
    Thanks.

    Dear Jerry

If I understand your issue correctly, you should compare attributes of Window user A against those of Windows user B that you have the issue with.  Do they have the same language and keyboard setting value?   If their attributes are the same in this regard, check in user B's 5250 session menu Edit --> Preference --> Keyboard and look the letter A whether it has the key Shift+2 assigned (I'm assuming a typical English keyboard you are using) or not. If so, Unassign it.
