Hi Bharat,
The IBM MQ Client code is interacting with AMS so I don't think there is a compatibility issue. It sounds like there is a failure somewhere in the process and the MQ message is getting rolled back, I think you will have to look at the logs of the application that is interacting with Oracle and IBM MQ to see what is causing the rollback.

We are trying to implement IBM MQ AMS between Application A using MQ client and application on Kubernetes using RD client.
We did ton of testing in Non Prod and it was working but it failed in PROD and we are not sure what is stopping it as Message kept coming back to queue and backout count was increased to 2 after policies were implemented.
We see Application A uses Tuxedo to interact with oracle database so wanted to check if MQ AMS is compatible with tuxedo and to what version.
Please advice ?
