Trying to do a group by transformation but option is not in list?

    I am trying to create a group by transformation map. Where based on the value in Plant it will group into multiple Reciepts one for each unique plant value contained in the input line items. When I try to select to group transform type it does not appear in the list. I thought that I have met the requirements to use this transform type but what am i missing?
