My official response is that it's premature for me to issue a review; therefore, I'm unable to comply. I need to upgrade my account in order to be in compliance with G2's terms and conditions. I also need a suitable device to review and test the performance of App Connect/G2.
However, my above stated response is not a response to a customer service feedback request; anyone treating it as such is guilty of fraud.
