    Hello community!

    We are working on a proof of concept for APIC v10 on AWS (TRIAL mode) as we currently have a public instance at version 5 and need to migrate. When we create the developer portals, 3 high server messages are displayed when loading the url of the portals.


    Investigating a bit, I noticed that in the Gateway processing status we have events queued and it seems to me that they are not being processed. Especially since some of the events are associated with the alerts displayed by the portal, such as the creation of the user registry and the initial configurations.


    On the other hand, we are not receiving the mail with the administrator account, nor can accounts be created and we have no way to enter the portal. My specific question is if this is a restriction of the TRIAL mode, or if there is some way to be able to process those events that are queued.

    Usually this means the connection between API gateway and api management has some issue. You could check gateway side and try to resyn
