I did some tests with the ACE 12.0.9 and ACE 12.0.10 version. And the problem is not the version. The problem is on macOS Sonoma with an Intel processor (test done with Intel i9). If the processor is M2, it works well too (I think M1 also works). I tested these two.
I created a VM from scratch with an Intel processor, and I used the same installer. I install macOS Sonoma from scratch. And the problem happened. I received the errors in the image below and the log similar to what I had already posted in another thread here on the forum.
I created another VM and installed macOS Ventura. I used the same one installed and it ran without any problems. A screenshot is also attached. It opens without any failure.
A point that occurs, when you install the Toolkit, and open it, automatically, right after the screen to choose the workspace, the splash screen is upside down.
With that in mind, I wanted to ask someone here for help in notifying people in the area to carry out tests or highlight the problem and generate a correction.
I would appreciate it if anyone could test it and send evidence or comments here as well.
