    Dear IBM support team and guys,

    How are you using Integration tracing in Cloud Pak? 
     
    I have deployed Integration tracing following to the IBM docs at:  https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cp-integration/2022.2?topic=configuration-installation
    But there is issue that 'No tracing data is displayed'

    I tried troubleshoot issues that may occur while using Integration tracing but still cant resolve this issue follow docs: Troubleshooting

    I don't know if it cause the Supported capabilities issue or not? but all configurations are working properly

    My deployment configurations as below:

    1. Registration requests: processed


    2. Registration API call successful



    3.  Enabled tracing and add namespace to Operations Dashboard
    4. Supported capabilities
    - App Connect (ACE)

      HTTP and MQ nodes


    call API successful and have no tracing data is displayed

    5. No data to display at this time.

    Can you please upload a screenshot of the Store page (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cp-integration/2022.2?topic=manage-store-status) so we see if the data arrives to OD?

    I got the root issues, I have to restart my deployment so the configurations can get the pod running again.
