  • 1.  MQV9+ Migration on datapower

    Posted Fri May 24, 2024 03:39 AM

We are trying to use MQV9+ configuration on Datapower. We are migrating from V8 to V9 and after making changes to migrate to Mqv9+ we are seeing infinite retries happing. Handlers continuously reading from source queue and placing the message to destination queue and not removing the messages from source queue. Same setup was working fine in old version. We have updated handlers and Queue Managers to MQV9+ and routing url is now using idgmq to construct routing url. No change in the values while migrating from Mq handlers and queue managers to MQV9 handlers and MQV9 queue managers.Kindly help in case any addition configuration needs to be updated.

We could see also the same issue. We tried even changing the shared conversation value to 1 and 2 and total number of connections. But still its not working and opening more connections and hanging. With legacy handler all are working as expected. We raised multiple PMR with Datapower production support team but no solution yet.

Likely a bug, please create a support ticket to get this investigated, receive probably a workaround and an APAR fix if needed.
